CORN FRITTERS (TULISAN)

Materials needed

Ingredients:
  • 1 x 310g can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs
  • a pich of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 25g butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Procedure:
  1. Drain the corn and discard the liquid.
  2. Put eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat well.
  3. Add flour and baking powder.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Add drained corn and grated cheese. Stir well.
  6. Put butter and oil in a frying pan.
  7. Heat until bubbly.
  8. Drop spoonful of the mixture in the frying pan.
  9. When golden turn over and cook the other side.
  10. Drain and lay on absorbent paper.
  11. The corn fritters are ready to be served.

This snack can be served for leisure time, eat this snack with your friends and familly when you. Have your enjoy time
